1. Associate Dentist — Walk-In Drive
Role Summary
We're hiring Associate Dentists to manage day-to-day patient care — diagnosis, treatment planning, and general/routine procedures — within a tech-enabled, protocol-driven clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient diagnosis, consultations, and treatment planning
- Perform routine procedures (fillings, RCT, extractions, scaling, etc.)
- Refer complex cases to in-house specialists (Implantology, Orthodontics, etc.)
- Maintain accurate clinical records and follow SOPs/hygiene protocols
- Coordinate with the Patient Success team on case follow-up and conversion
Requirements
- BDS (mandatory); MDS is a plus but not required
- Valid State Dental Council registration
- Freshers welcome; 0–3 years' experience preferred
- Good communication skills and a patient-first approach
2. Clinic Head — Walk-In Drive
Role Summary
We're hiring a Clinic Head to own and run one Dezy clinic end-to-end — clinical quality, team performance, and business outcomes — with real ownership and growth into senior leadership as Dezy scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end clinic operations: staffing, workflows, discipline
- Ensure clinical quality and SOP adherence across the clinic
- Drive productivity, case conversions, and revenue targets
- Mentor and manage the clinic's dentists and support staff
- Ensure compliance with attendance, hygiene, and policy standards
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Finance teams
Requirements
- MDS with 0–4 years' experience, or BDS with 5+ years' experience
- Prior experience managing a clinic/practice or a high-performing team preferred
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills; comfortable with targets and performance tracking
