Requirements:
○ MDS in Endodontics (or BDS with strong endodontic experience)
○ 0–4 years of post-qualification clinical experience
○ Willingness to be trained and mentored in cosmetic dentistry and smile design
○ Strong patient communication skills
○ Comfortable working with SOPs, digital workflows, and performance metrics
Key Responsibilities:
○ Perform root canal treatments to Dezy’s clinical standards
○ Undergo structured training in cosmetic/smile design procedures under expert mentorship
○ Conduct diagnosis and treatment planning using AI-powered diagnostic tools
○ Ensure SOP adherence, hygiene, and safety compliance
○ Drive case acceptance and treatment conversions
○ Collaborate with clinic leadership and support staff for seamless patient care
